Private Training
Book a private training session to sharpen your skills in the ring. We will combine padwork, cardio, and strength exercises to help you grow muscle, build endurance, and improve your fighting skills. Bring a friend and split the cost.
Group Training
Every week, I offer small group training for all levels. Classes incorporate padwork, cardio intervals, and circuits, all with an emphasis on boxing technique. We typically meet either in Tompkins Sq Park or East River Park in NYC.
Iām a registered amateur boxer and coach with over 15 years of experience of boxing training. The sessions are high energy, fun, challenging and met to accommodate your individual needs. Book a training session today.
